Stand up Paddle Boarding in Cardigan

Our stand up paddle boards are large, stable platforms to learn the discipline, we use flat or slow moving section of river in Cardigan to teach you from kneeling to standing and confidently paddling.

Adventure SUP Trip

Our adventure paddle boarding trip on the lower Teifi heads from Llechryd down the gorge on a peaceful section of river as far as Cardigan passing the Teifi marshes.

Paddle boarding at Whitesands beach just down the road from the smallest city in the country. This is a great way to explore the local coastline.

Paddle boarding Poppit sands

Exploring the coastline from Poppit sands, whist balancing on a paddle board. Its not necessary to have done this before as we tailor the session to the group.

Suggested age: 10+ but you will know your little ones better if you feel they are good for it please check with us first.

Session lasts 2.5 - 3 hours the Adventure SUP trip is 3.5 - 5 Hours

Under 18s will need to be accompanied by an adult on the session.
