Wetsuit (winter wetsuit all year to keep you nice and warm)

Buoyancy aid

Helmet (depending upon session)

(Wetsuit hood, gloves, socks depending upon season ).

Qualified instructor

We would like you to bring:

Sensible footwear which will get wet (if you are unsure please ask). We recommend old trainers as some of the wet shoes from the shops sometimes fall off. 

Towel

Bather's to go under the wetsuit 

Sun cream (yes, even in Wales)

Camera (optional) We can not guarantee it will stay dry or safe.

For coasteering a pair of shorts to wear over the wetsuit.
