1.We will only store information about you to allow us to proceed with your enquiry/ Booking and in order to provide you with a service.

2.We are required to record your medical information and any conditions you may have. Such information will be dealt with the utmost sensitivity and will only be allowed to be viewed by staff dealing or leading your trip.

3.After you have finished your session your details are kept on our system as a log of who was on the session.

4.We do not share your details with any other company or individuals.

5.When making a second booking if you use the same name as previously used we can speed up your booking as the main part of the information will be stored securely. If there are any updates need to your address or medial information please advise us.

6.If you would not like information stored after your session has taken place please advise us of this.
