Our stand up paddle boards are large, stable platforms to learn the discipline. We use a flat or slow moving section of river in Cardigan to teach you from kneeling to standing and confidently paddling and having lots of fun in the process! Join us on our Discovery Tour and discover the beauty of the River Teifi whilst developing your paddling skills! This session is suitable for ages 10 and up and for beginners or the more advanced looking to progress their skills and knowledge.

We do not have parking or toilet facilities. But there are plenty of car parks close by in Cardigan. 

Just select a date that works for you and follow the instructions to get yourself booked on.
