White water rafting takes you down 9.2 km of the river Teifi through rural west Wales where there are 3 sections of rapids along this stretch. Your Guide will take you on a lake and run you through how to control your raft along with a safety brief, then it's off on the river. You start straight into a grade 2 rapid followed by a scenic section of the river before getting to a grade 3 section this again is followed by a scenic section. Before coming to the end of the trip you go down Henllan falls which is a grade 4 rapid. 

Please note: the raft needs teamwork to make it operate on the river, this comes down to good old fashioned paddle power. With this in mind, a minimum amount of 4 people is required per booking. This activity relies on rainfall in our region, where river levels are low; white water tubing and white water kayaking are big fun alternatives!
