Using sit on top kayaks we head on a trip on the Teifi gorge for 2 and a half hours.

This is a flat section of water which heads into the beautiful, quiet Cilgerran gorge. During the trip it's well worth keeping your eyes open as there are wonders to be seen from the skies above to in the water below.

Kites, herons, kingfishers, otters and trout are all commonplace in the gorge; it's just down to the day if they are willing to put in an appearance. By being in a nice manoeuvrable craft it's great for the explorer's in the group to head under the trees and try their hand at finding tracks in the softer mud.
